So often we want to either get rid of what hurts, or we fear if we allow ourselves to feel it fully, we may "drown" or get lost in the depths.
Composting offers a third way.
In regenerative gardening, compost transforms what others discard into the richest soil for growth. Composting works when we bring the right conditions: light, water, air, movement, and earth. Not force. Not avoidance. Just the right elements, in rhythm with stillness.
This is what we do together.
Each month, as we move through the Venus Sequence, we gather together: each of us meeting our own unique Gene Keys, sitting with what is alive in us there. We bring the light of our consciousness and contemplation. We ground in the body and breathe. We witness. We allow whatever arises — grief, frustration, sadness, longing — to be present in a contained, held way. And then we write. Feelings, emotions, words. We just write, not for performance but for expression and witnessing.
First from what's alive and hurting. Then from what we want to grow: the dreams, the visions, the seeds we want to plant once something has been composted.
The garden is never finished.
There is always decay and always growing.
This offering isn't about arriving somewhere pain-free. It's about learning to work with the cycles — so that what hurts becomes the most fertile ground you have.

Each month, you're welcome to book a personal Alchemy Session with me — where we take your specific Gene Key, we talk, we listen deeply, we feel, we write together, and I guide us to write song lyrics from where you are with your Gene Key.
During the session, using AI music production, I will then produce it as a song for you to anchor and crystallize what you are discovering and becoming.
You do not need to have attended the group call to purchase this individual session, and you do not need to have writing or songwriting experience. I do, and I promise to guide you through this in a way that you feel seen and heard. This is a deeply transformative and empowering experience for everyone.
